Bell Illustrated
Welcome to this edition of creative boredom. Technically, this is the third of
this kind of thing that I've seen on the topic of outside plant. The first was an
article entitled Outside
Loop Distribution Plant by Phucked Agent 04, which appeared in an LTJ. The second
was my own creation, and was published in Sysfail sometime around
1997. It can be found

I got some good feedback from that article, despite the obvious lack of detail.
Most notably, Red Box Chilli Pepper gave me kudo's,
telling me he had printed it out as a field reference.
