Winter:  The Winter 2003-2004 cover was comprised of two photos merged together.

New draconian regulations had gone into effect forbidding photography of bridges in the New York metropolitan area.

So we printed a picture of the sign forbidding it, along with one of the bridges in question: the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge.
