The idea is to read through this entire thing, before getting bogged down in every actual offense being committed - one of the primary purposes here is to establish an 'open dialogue and talk [even half-seriously] about where we are (myself and the demographic I am perhaps trying to represent), where we are going, and how to get there. the offenses listed below are the quickest way to establish dialogue with the police so thats why they are here. -- Silvio Cesare [possibly] representing an unnamed social demographic that is currently discrimintated against by current authorities/powers. Immediate issues [non solvable in the near future. sad but obvious] Deprevation of sleep --> Drugging --> Rape --> Restriction of movement [physical contortions etc] --> - of course, none of this provable in the current-day courts. which makes it easy to implement from an aggressor's point of view. - Its degrading to the self of course. It (the result) definately strengthens the reasoning maintaining a persons prejudice. Intimidation. Threatening beheaviour (of physical violence and harm). Offensive behaviour [and language]. - This is surely offensive/derogatory for the general public also? - The public need to be aware of how ridiculous this is. Discrimination - Employment - Education - Health System - Accomodation - Democracy [civil rights] Discrimination seeking employment. - Companies not returning and/or ignoring dialogue. - Recruiters failing to respond and/or continue dialogue. - each workplace probably has a finite lifetime to employ me, not controllable by myself. + I really do need to be part of society, and work is part of that here. Discrimination in seeking furthur education. - eg, Tafe erroroneas with acceptance [exams]. + An educated society is a well controlled society [unfortunately this is true]. + In my situation, I think prejudices of simple mindedness would be confronted if degrees in tertiary education were obtained. + I'll do this in the future certainly [continue my education]. Discrimination in the health system. - Hospital visit confusion with doctors/ambulance/hopsital. - Inappropriate treatment with seeming goal of intimidation etc. - Inaccurate/misleading diagnosis' without confirmation. + the public might think that i/others are prone to being ill due to prejudiced reasoning. not much i can do here - i feel permanently drugged, which probably isnt good for the health or my long term prospects. Discrimination seeking accomodation. - Substandard living offered by real estate agents. - Potentially dangerous building structures? - Potentially in violatiation of the Tenancy and/or Building acts? - this is basically a situation of degrading the surroundings to degrade the individual. but perception only sees the indivudal at this point, so in effect, it works as a propoganda means [degradation is the goal here]. - I need independance ofcourse - so unacceptable living conditions, are unacceptable. It is not for anyone else to assume total care for me etc. Discrimination in democratic system. - As a result of accomodation, section vote permittable? - As a result of co-ercian and threats, democratic process safe from 'powers? - Possibly a 'please explain'.. to who? - Maybe for parliment during question time via an MP? - who polices the police? [dont say the ACC, i make a bad pun down below]. + its an interesting case. not sure how i am represented in politics so its back to voting for a single party no-matter whych way you vote. + Anti-war has been my voting preference in recent times, with the current situation. I think this is good, but not reflective of my own demographic directly. --- now for reality of how this all fits together [where we are today]. --- Good Things --> - social perceptions have changed over the years [for the better]. - people are trying to help, and from seemingly all sectors. - it seems some people actually do value my opinion on things that concern me. - possible social unrest [positive when well constructed using non-violent means] Problems --> - Polarization may be a problem [love/hate relationships] - Easy for a mental health system to claim 'illness thus negating any possible 'legitimate dialogue. - Its often the case, that I'm not in the best of health anyway, making it sometimes hard to be representive [of myself]. - Hard for legal system to prosecute againsts non individuals or for civil rights issue that are not well defined legally or socially. - The police/courts are unlikely to take up this matter. - Direct dialogue with either public or direct powers often almost impossible. - Cyclic issues that primarily cause conflict [such as possibly these statmetns to the 'police], without addressing root causes/powers. Steps towards a better future --> - protest and demonstration? [but without direct dialogue or reference, this is only an early intermeditrary step]. - civil disobediance? [may cause problems with police] - social awareness? [will people ever discuss these things amongs themselves - do they? the public must surely in private?] - anonymous civil disobediance with direct dialogue may be a possible step? [may cause problems with the police though]. this would almost certainly though be, the first tangible major success. - individual successes to dispell common misperceptions or prejudices [not always possible though]. - living a 'normal life with peers/friends/family etc [partly possible] - establishing a direct dialogue being really the desirable goal [even if dialogue is considered not immediately positive]. - Social acceptance [even if not legal], may be possible [if we think to current draconian laws with sexuality - out of wed sex, homosexuality etc?] --- Alternative legal strategies --> - If Australia was declared a terrorist state, then I should be granted immediate refugee status? [yes, bad pun on australian immigration policy] - Is it possible for the police to police themselves? Maybe this is for the ACC? who polices the police? [if the ACC cant? no checks and balances in our police/legal system] Personal --> - Willing to do what is necessary, in a non violent manner to hopefully make progress [court/detention/health etc]. - It seems working is a positive thing, so detention isnt always the best way to make a point [obviously]. - Prior mental health history may lead to character attacks in court. - Interesting, that this was not brought up last year while working in the US and my character was under attack. - Perhaps a positive sign? - Not sure who to vote for that is representive at state or federal level. - Have publicly spoken out against Australian policy [including Iraqie war], which may also have contributed to discrimination etc. - This is what i feel personally, and intelectually, so I think I should not ignore the rest of the world because of my own social predicament. - Heavily involved in computer security, so may cause problems with political views [but has many positive things also]
