have you read the klist archives? It was posting personal information
over and over to the list, so much that it caused a new list to b e set
up to avoid this very specific topic, namely Steve, because it was a
constant flow of personal information posted to this list.
The sheer man hours that had to go into this, all because jim didnt want
steve on this list and had a stated intent at the time that the goal was
because jim banned him from the profession and as such jim took it upon
himself to make sure that everyone heard of this guys name and would
hear bad things - of course the person was not allowed to comment in
response, but meh.
You really should look into the archives of the list while it was on
yahoo to see what I am talking about specifically, then decide.
