Yes but they're nothing new here. The first ones were Nokia 6110s with m=
odified software to keep the screen blank when on, offered for sale by Joha=
nnesburg and Pretoria companies in 1999. Now they're available in various =
flavours.
Fortunatly they are very easy to find during sweeps and searches.
R 6 000 (approx US$ 580) - ha ha.
Go to a pawn shop/boot sale. Buy an old 6110 or similar (maybe with hands=
free set if you need to dangle a mike) for 5 quid (about US$9). Go into th=
e menu and set for auto answer, usually after 2 rings. Open it and snip the=
ringer off (top right, next to the antenna base).
Now here's the difficult bit.
Put the modded 6110 in the target room.
R 6 000 (approx US$ 580) - even I wouldn't charge that and I'm an evil gr=
eedy capitalist bastard (today is my 51st birthday).
