I have done my homework their as well. I just am not sure what would
cost to much money. I was able to look into a great this which can be
done for nothing or next to nothing. What a lot of harrassers would
own would be computer equipment and modified ham radio equipment.
Other than that it would cost some money but the bulk of which remains
in the harrassers home and they plan to use it for quite some
time.Once again although I agee it makes no sense, and would have
agreed several years ago, I now tell you the very things that makes it
hard to believe make it possible.. The target may be the lease common
denominator here.
