I must say that most but not all of the information that I have placed
on the website came from someone that books that are recommeded on
your website Mr. Atkinson all say is a creative genius and happens to
sell these products on the internet. I have come to believe the
following

1. Microwaves can controll and monitor behavior. (I bet in the 50's
when th US embasy in Russia was being bombarded by microwaves no one
would have belived they were operating to deliver information from a
bug that needed no power supply ever.

2. A computer can analyze brain activity and send it back to the
person wirelessly, I think it's true that a cell phones frequency
make it perfect for it's absorbant properties to the brain

3. Some Terms

  brain computer interface, nero technology, intercerebral feedback,
telerecording, telestimulation, electronic brain mapping,
nueroimaging, wireless brain stimulation

4. It is possible to induce specific states of mind such as
tiredness, lethargy, ect.. by reducing oxygen to the brain

5. Electromangetic energy can influence, disable, kill at a distance

6.. You can use microwaves devices to perform surveliance and send
waves to person wirelessly that can induce mental and emotional
states.

7. It is impossible without knowledge, instumentation, and testing to
distinqush, between this and schizophrenia.

12. this can be used to make a person happy, tired., lethargic,
passive, enraged. ect...

13. This can be accomplished by sending specific freqencies and the
right carrier for each type of behavior

   6.6 MZ for depression
   7.83 HZ for feeling good
   10.80 Hz for panic
   16-20 at ELF can kill

I can tell you and I am sure you already know where all of this
information can be purchased along with the equipment to do it by
someone who did it as psyops for the military, and lockheed martin..

I also believe it's true that just because something is published does
not necessarily make it true but according to Mr. Atkinsons website
which I do myself believe that is the purpose of publishing papers to
show the world what is possible and further science. Just because it
does not prove me right neither does it prove anyone right who has
taken the opposite stance.

I have also known from my days of playing high school football that a
chipped bone or broken one for that matter does not always show up on
X ray so they use ultrasound and say when the patient screems in pain
you have found one. So I tgo know ultrasound is used for more than
dog whistles.

I will in no way list it in the group because there are others like me
here who are not TSCM professional and I am sure some are actaully
watching what I am writing who have been doing this to me. , however I
can show you where this equipment can be bought and tell you sometimes
you may have to look harder and past word like gnomes and realize what
someone is really trying to say. And I would also say as respectfully
as I can to look at one word or idea and say this is all bull is
cheating yourself, your proffession, but most of all the people who
pay you for your help. I do realize that many of you are working on a
larger scale than one lone man that most think are crazy, but just
maybe this technology is being applied on a larger scale that we can
image, actaully I know it is look at the NYC sound cannon and talk
with the manufactures of it and I bet they have some ideas that are
close to what I have said here.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunities to post my opinons and it
is never my intention to insult or be rude to anyone because a few
years ago my opinion would have been the same as the non believers. I
think that played to my advantage, I did not know enough to disregard
it as impossible babble.

To take a line from the movie Philidelphia since I do not know all the
technical terms used by people in your proffession "I try to explain
it like you would to a six year old".

I also like a line from the Pirates of the Carribean "were good and
lost now, how else do you find a place where no one's ever been before
or else everyone would know where it was"

I need to say this as well I am a college graduate with a background
in sales although I wish right now it was in electronics, physics,
four or five different engineering degrees, computers, chemistry, and
psychology.

I asked Roger Tolces to tell me some ways I could convince my parents
about what was happening to me and he said "I only do investigations"
what I took that to mean was you might be doing this and I am not
going to tell you anything, this is not the way a con artist or
someone taking advantage of you works. When I did talk with him later
he said if I hired someone close the expenses might not be as much
