Please attached PDF file, for a review of the illegal eavesdropping program that was initiated right after the intelligence failures that led up to 9/11.

So, to put the whole program into a nutshell:

Suffice to say that it was completely illegal, targeted mostly U.S. Citizens (illegally), did not go though the courts (illegally), there have not been actual convictions or complaints filed in court as a result, they haven't actually caught a single terrorist with the program, and that the officials who set it up are refusing to answer questions and are instead seeking immunity.

Sort of lets us now who the real criminals are...
