I checked out that website out of professional curiosity. Here's the error
it returned.

DotNetNuke Upgrade Error

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database
Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

ERROR: Could not connect to database.

Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the
operation or the server is not responding.

I'd say right off the bat there is probably a whole lot more than TSCM that
guy is not familiar with.

Hi Don:

I am an information security professional and also on the board of the
Cincinnati ISSA (www.issa-cincy.org <outbind://8/www.issa-cincy.org> ) , an
information security professional organization. I have been trying to assist
the group in expanding our topics of discussion that is inlcusive of other
types of security related issues. One topic that I am interested in pursuing
is on surveillance and counter surveillance techniques (TSCM). A couple
things got me interested in talking more on the topics including Ira
Winkler's book "Spies Among Us" where he highly recommends bug sweeps of
conference rooms and offices on a regular basis. I then realized, I have no
idea about corporate espionage, and how to assist in defending against it.

With that being said, I am looking for someone in or near the Cincinnati
area that could volunteer their time to stop out to a meeting and present on
the topic. I found your name while doing my search and thought you may be
able to give me some direction on people to contact in the area.
