Yes, I wish I was also. I've always been fascinated by fluorescent tubes a=
nd radios. =20
When we were kids (teens) there was a mountain top that a set of high-volta=
ge lines came 'closer'
to the ground. We would take the 8 foot tubes up there at night and the EM=
F from the big lines
would cause them to glow enough to use as a flashlight.
When I got into ham radio a ham told me his dad used tubes hanging next to =
his antenna for a
'parlor trick' as they would glow.
So I've often wondered if there was a sympatric frequency in there somewher=
e, although admittedly
I had never thought about it as a antenna for a receiver.
