A real friend owns a backhoe and plenty of land...and doesn't care what you put there...he just doesn't want to know about it, for plausible deniability reasons.
"When you're done, grade the place, and throw some grass seed down" that's all I ask. "Oh, and done put anything near the drinking water well"...
