Hello
First Subject must meet the probable cause threshold for LE to
legally track listen, after a request for mobile surveillance.
Cops do listen in on cellphone calls illegally but who beside
us and the govt can verify the crime if asked.
Arrest evidence speaks volumes.
Affidavit may tell all.

I wonder how much time it usually takes for the police to be able to
access cell phone triangulation data. I would have figured there was
enough of a bureaucratic hurdle that the information could not usually
be accessed as quickly as is implied in the article.
