The file is a simple txt file, but the .icf extension tells the Icom
package that it is a file that can be downloaded into a radio.
The .icf format is nothing more then a hexadecimal version of the
data that a lot of folks maintain in a Excel or SYLK format.
You may need to change the first line of the file to the serial
number of your particular radio.
