If there is no product which meets your needs, a custom model
can be built using existing products as a guide. There are guide
books for acoustical control -- again listed on Google.

Acoustical engineers offer a wide range of designs for acoustic
control in buildings, vehicles, machinery, cubicles, helmets,
ear devices.

Most of these acoustic controls are relatively gross in character,
and address human-grade sound.

It takes special care to block acoustical signal transmissions beyond
human hearing by unexpected means in particular building materials
and systems, machinery parts and so on. Just about any physical
material transmits collectible acoustic signal.

For example, red/black wiring which may block for electronic
transmission may still transmit acoustic signal.

Cavity resonators are a long-standing threat to acoustic
isolation. The mouth the most unprotected, the skull next,
and the empty wallet shouts secrets galore.
