Posting large attachments vs. URL's

This would help list members with slower internet connections and mobile
devices, prevent 2,000 hard drives from being loaded up with large unsolicited
files, and prevent the unnecessary spewing of gigabytes across the interwebs.
Plus, it's just good net etiquette.
