2 new leads can be purchased from www.riserbond.com

no license is required at least not in the usa it would seem strange that any license would be required anywhere.

Hello Group

I bougth one RISER BOND 1270 for TSCM telephone lines.

Questions RISER BOND 1270:

1-Wich Velocity Of Propagation I have to use for telephone lines wire?

2-I bougth in ebay with out the genuine Test Lead. I manufacture by my
own, with the red & black wire of a Multimiter, but I can found the
correct wave, like the manual show. Any idea to suggest?

Question FLUKE Thermal Imagers:

I have to sell one Thermal Vision, for TSCM, but when I make the
quotation with ATN (my Nigth Vision supplier) they told me that I need
a license to buy it. Is that correct?

Is a good option to buy a FLUKE Ti30 to TSCM services?
I think they will not ask for a license.

I hope someone can help me, I really need it.
