I have conducted TSCM tasks on a regular basis in Singapore for Blair
Associates, a UK registered company. I did not experience any difficulty
with temporary importation of equipment. I found that it was sufficient to
carry lists of the equipment and an invitation from the client. On one trip,
the kit was checked against the list and that was it. No problems.

Our company has recently transited through Singapore on route to Australia
with TSCM equipment. I would suggest that you consider getting an ATA carnet
for your equipment as this covers equipment entry/exit into Singapore. I am
not sure in which country you are based but some information is given in the
