I filed a discrimination complaint, against a state agency which re=
ceives federal funding, with the U.S. Dpt. of Justice, in 2008.
On M=
ay 18, 2010, DHHS/OCR requested more information, allowing us only 20 days =
to provide it before they will begin their investigations,
or drop it. (June 7)
The agency's U.S. Constitutional violations=
give us the right to sue the state for damages, plus legal fees.

th legal experience.
