It is a $10 dollar cheap volt ohm meter, available elsewhere on E-bay for less then the cost to ship it.

The "COMSEC product" has been shammed, scammed, snake oiled, and milked for years now.

The patent that is claimed is worthless because when it was filed the circuit and methods had already been wide used for over 30 years, and were still in use at the time of the filing. A lot of hype, hyperbole, and excuses why it will not detect bugs, and claims that it will find things that it has been proven to to be able to find.

But you have to hand it to someone, it takes a pretty big pair to buy something in Hong Kong, slap a cheesy white sticker on it and flog it for 50 times what it is actually worth.
