Indeed, this threatening language by mullahs of all stripes and political
leaders
have Mutually Assured Destruction since the second nation developed
nuclear weapons. The first nation to develop the WMDs, and so far the only
one,
had already demonstrated its power madness. After that, it was inevitable
that others
would seek protection from the monsters threatening to kill massively for
their sacred milk cows -- that is, the grotesque national security
super-states
which were born with atomic weapons and which have continued to breed
in laboratories worldwide.

These laboratories could not function without their venal suppliers and it
is to
James' credit to have described how the monstrous system operates behind
the sanctimonious cover stories.

Will war lovers ever give up? Not likely for they are all in cahoots to
promote
the danger they alone create in deepest secrecy from those they ostensibly
protect -- the secrecy that is the greatest hazard to democracy. 1945 was
the beginning of the end of the possibility of mutual trust -- replaced by a
global policy undergirded by industry of deliberate mutual suspicion,
treachery
and sabre rattling.

Wonder is there is a rat's ass chance a few good-hearted scientists have
Stuxnet-ed the globe's nukes into stockpiles of duds. That would be a secret
worth releasing but terrifying to those who want the threat horrifying.
