Web based PGP, ZRTP (Zphone), OTP based IM, .. lots of open standards
implemented for "easy" use. Allegedly based on all Open Source components
but that part hasn't been made entirely clear.

Two of the founders have extensive expertise across all the areas they hit.
They chose Canada for hosting to balance out the applicable laws (read:
they won't REALLY be Government immune, like Hushmail backed down
eventually).

For those who don't want to maintain their own setup or who need to get
other people up and running quickly, it'll be an interesting option.
