Theres a method here, its an unbridled surveillance device the power
companies can use to generate data, and a way to violate our privacy,
and thats always big news to these corporate and government power freaks
an thugs. They will have in place a very useful tool, that they can get
the ratepayer to fund, that can make them a lot of money, and the BPL
will be just an additional way to jack up the ratepayers bill, something
that state PUC's have been reluctant to allow. The fact the entire HF
band is trashed is immaterial to them, and it gives the additional
advantage of limiting the citizens ability to get information from
outside sources, IE: non-government approved propaganda organs via
shortwave.
