FWIW,When someone mentions "tscm drill", I think of an incorrect term for a
drill that creates minimal noise for boring through drywall, sheetrock etc
for discrete installation work. I also think of something in the form of a
practex or practical exercise.
Subject to debate, but I believe what you posted may have been labeled as
passive elicitation, "seeding", and autonomous collection in the past.
All effective depending on the arena,but also effective for passing on to a
client after a sweep.
