was this an act of pervecy, or was it a honey pot in reverse. I wonder if someone is testing the law in florida for response.

This man was not hand cuffed and hauled away!  He was only given a
citation to appear in court.  If the camcorder had recorded audio it
then would have been a felony instead of the misdemeanor he was
charged with.  The attractive lady involved was told of the incident
right away by store security.  She was awstruck that he was not going
to jail.
