An update from the New York Times of Sepember 13/06
1. Bill Lockyer, the California attorney general, stated that after examining the case, the department had "enough information to indict people inside H.P. and outside."
2. The investigation carried out by Hewlett-Packard's private detectives appears to have included active surveillance and the review of videos to see if board members were meeting with reporters.
3. A Massachusetts company, Security Outsourcing Solutions, was a contractor hired to find the source of the internal leaks. Apparently the p.i. firm is not taking calls.
The End.

- Has anyone heard who HP hired to do this job.
