I do not think it is either.  You can see the passenger lean in to the
video, and then lean back in to his seat out of view, and this view is
designed to see the driver, and the position of the driver side cam
viewing the passenger appears to be on the same "plane" as the
passenger side camera.  I thought the cams were installed at the top
of the pillar plastics.

Usually I see the "radar detector" cameras that give wide view of the
passenger compartment, but this video is a view of two cameras perhaps
more.
