They operate covert but the apps have to be installed.
There are some videos on u tube that show some of the apps being installed
Although its hard to tell if the information is credible....
If anyone gets a few thousand freed up for testing these apps would make a
great research project

That doesn't sound very stealthy.
Anyone have any more information. Need some input fast.
