Ted,
What you are describing is not actually happening, it is not what you
claim it is, and it is not something that someone is doing to you,
and it not originating outside of your own body.
You are describing significant mental health problems, and I would
strongly urge you to talk to a mental health professionals to deal
with the signs and symptoms that you describe.
It is important for you to work with the doctors who are trying to
help you, and if you chose not to follow their advice, then you have
nobody but yourself to blame for your current state.
You do not need to waste your time or money on sweeps, or on
purchasing gadgets and equipment, nor do you need to keep wasting
peoples time trying to voiceprint them over the phone as the voice
that you are hearing is imaginary.
Talk to your medical doctors (they are the ones who have an M.D.
after their name), follow their advice, and do as they tell you to do.
You are talking in circles, and jousting with windmills with a
washbowl on your head.
Please talk to and be examined a medical doctor, and consider
checking yourself into a behavioral unit of a local hospital for a
few weeks in order to help you get yourself and your problems under control.
