Oh, I surely agree. I am in fact enormously grateful
that so few people relatively speaking either vote or
contact Congressmen -- in theory that makes my contact
more influential since dividing the electorate by the
number of letters yields a "this guy speaks for N people"
metric. Or so I hope.
