The greatest driver for world government is
the Internet I should think. Since all civil
wars are fought over on whose terms re-unification
will happen, the next civil war will be over
on whose terms unification will happen. Should
that war (hot or cold) be fought, the end result
would be a world government. I hope to be off
the planet by then.
