BushCo and Speedy have reclassified the legal definition for what is
considered "international communications", as more than 90% of the
world's Internet traffic peers through interconnectivity points in
Northern Virginia.

These guys are brokering stolen corporate trade secrets and feeding it
to their business cronies, this is about theft of US intellectual
property and using wiretap information to silence dissent and disrupt
the business operations of those that would oppose such blatant
violations of the United States Constitution and federal privacy laws.
Never mind the two smoldering pools of molten thermite in NYC, nothing
to see here folks.
