Qualcomm sold $19B in chipsets last year that go inside TVs, BMW
dashboards, game consoles, and, most important, one-third of
smartphones sold. Its stock market value has surpassed that of rival
Intel.

Besides the serious risks outlined in the article posted below, the
proprietary, closed RTOS and REX kernel embedded by Qualcomm into
these ubiquitous chipsets would be an obvious choice for tampering by
