arthis is COMINT not HUMINT.. and HUMINT is regarded as the LEAST
trustworthy intelligence. HUMINT is the classical 'spy' or defector and one
must always question their motives and whether or not they are a plant by
the opposing side.

COMINT (Communications Intelligence) is regarded as much more reliable. The
author of this artice does make a valid point about wireless devices and how
they can be detected from afar. IMHO the statement about that the world
values HUMINT the most highly shows his total igorance of the intelligence
community.
