I suspect that they are referring to the Anristsu MS711D Spectrum
Analyzer which is very popular for TSCM use with various unstated
government agencies.

If they had option 25 then that were being used for TSCM, may have also
had options 6.

http://www.us.anritsu.com/products/MS2711D_Spectrum-Master--Handheld-Spectrum-Analyzer_ARSPG_ARQQSidZ556.aspx

The government pays around $5995-$6350 for the basic analyzer, so the
$60,000 listed in the article for 10 spectrum analyzers would point to
the MS711D.

The article stated that half the equipment is worth $60k so that point
to the MS711D, but there is also mention of a Rhode and Schwartz unit,
and a Fluke piece. Both the R&S piece and the Fluke pieces have an as of
yet unstated value.

The MS2711 is carried in a gray book bag along with a small 6 GHz
receiver that also fits inside the bag.

By the way, Todd Ferhmann is a list member, and is a well known
government TSCM person.
