I prefer the following products, in the 6' x 125' size, use the biggest
piece of roll foil you can find, and give yourself at least a few inches
of over lap:

For the thermal insulation, I prefer the following.
http://www.owenscorning.com/around/insulation/products/foamular.asp
You combine the two products to create a isolate the type huge cage on
the outside of the building.
You first lay down a thin skin of rigid insulation around the building,
then close off gaps in the rigid insulation with tape and foam, then wrap
the area in Tyvek, and then put the Astrofoil in top of the Tyvek. About
every 48 inches screw a 1-1.5 inch wide copper sheet vertically, and then
solider to a horizontal band at the bottom of the foil, which you
terminate in an earth ground. Then apply the outside all treatment, and
complete the waterproof shell.
On the inside of the structure you fill the wall cavities with rigid
panels, and lock it all together with aerosol foam to bind the thick
panels to the structure. Then cover the inside with the Same Astrofoil
that you used on the outside of the building, strap to the structure with
vertical bands, and then solder the vertical bands to a horizontal bus
that you secure to a master ground.
Then over this you secure two layers of sheet rock, lay up a ton of mud,
sand it all down to a duct free state, then wet sand to make it all smoth
as glass, then heat up the room, and lay up 6 to 8 coats of a premium
titanium latex paint.
