Re the Dutch security cock-up

This practice of leaving confidential/classified/secret/cosmic material
in cars (rented or otherwise), on public transportation and at public
venues is becoming a little tedious. This seemed to have started some
five or six years ago here in Canada with two CSIS agents displaying
the tradecraft of a drunken rabbit on shore leave. Since then reports
have been recd about similar happenings in the UK - MI-5 if I recollect
correctly. Now the Dutch are jumping on the bandwagon. Perhaps this is
not as innocent as it sounds. Might it not be an exercise in stupidity
but a well-crafted dangle?

Anyway, we all know in these politically correct times recruitment
standards have become 'progressive' in the name of diversity. Perhaps
idiots are now getting their share of the pie.

These officers/agents bring to mind a quote from a renowned pistolero
in another context "that a suicide bomber was someone stupid enough to
join a military without an air force".
