GPS Scramblers

If the device disrupts gsm service its reasonable to believe that it would fall under the cell jammer = catregory- illegal

If the device jams a gps receiver and = its not fcc approved its probably illegal

Whats= interesting is Ive spent hours sea= rching for the same answer, using specific language gps trans= mitter,,and nothing is etched in stone regarding the legalities of a “ GPS Jammer”

Interesting topic though

I am assuming that GPS scramblers that are appearing i= n various blogs are illegal just as any radio scrambler is.  Can anyone verify this?  Thanks
