What a fool. The 'contract' was never binding pick a reason (a) was
obtained under duress (b) in the performance of an illegal act. (c)
consideration for both parties (couple was asked to hide him, he provided
nothing, but a sharp knife). Of the 4 parts to make an enforceable contract
he fails in 3 of them. This should be thrown out with cost to the applicant,
may he rest in jail.
