continuing where i pressed wrong key on keyboard

can mobile phones be converted to a citizens tasergun-stun gun

also can a mobile phone be converted to neutralise a stun gun/taser
gun attack?

i raise this point as news reports say mobile phones can be used to
control planes in flight,via a computer programme--similar to a drone
i suppose

there is speculation the Air France plane crash suffered a
communication attack/failure

i think anyone who can convert a mobile phone into a self defence
taser gun /stun gun--or convert one to neutralise a taser/stun gun
attack, will make a fortune,besides protecting the ordinary citizen

in Qld there is no legal death sentance for any crime
yet police can kill via guns or taser with impunity in line of duty

my view is police are human with emotions they cannot control
and will use any weapon to kill or defend themselves
so should not be issued with weapons
in australia psychiatric people are killed by police because they do
not respond to instructions like ordinary people -see Victoria Police
report.Australia
