Greetings:

Some time ago, there was a discussion on a video surveillance system
that would compare movements between several frames and trigger an
alarm if something moved into the surveilled area.

This system also allowed one to designate spots where monitoring was
not to be done say because of shadows, small animals, what have you...

As I recall, there was a link presented that discussed the equipment
necessary and how to set it up.

Would anyone remember where this was? I cannot seem to find it among
my own archives...

Any assist would be appreciated.
