Fix

1.	In saved waveform template, when close the template after select Signal pattern = LFPS. The signal pattern will switch back to CP1/CP0 option when re-open the saved waveform template.

2. Change the equation for SDA test:Dj  = TJ (CP0) – 14.069*RJ (CP1) like Sigtest to get same results.
