Sets the text of the title bar in the VSA application window.

Command Syntax:

:DISPlay:ANNotation:TITLe[:DATA] <titleText>

<titleText> ::= String

Query Syntax:

:DISPlay:ANNotation:TITLe[:DATA]?

Returns ::= String

Remarks:

 Set to an empty string to restore default window title.
