Performs a one-shot auto-range operation on all channels.

Remarks: |
This command starts a measurement and is not a sequential command. Therefore other commands that change the setup or control the measurement must not be sent while the auto range is in progress or they will interfere with the auto range operation. If single sweep (:INIT:CONT 0) is being used then *OPC? or :MEAS:DONE? can be used to wait until the auto range is finished. The Ranging bit returned in :MEAS:STAT? can also be used to determine if an auto range is in progress. See the equivelent .NET API documentation for more details. |
