Save the trace in the specified format to a file.

Command Syntax:

:MMEMory:STORe:TRACe <indexOfTrace>, <fileName>, <format>, <doSaveHeader>

<indexOfTrace> ::= Integer number

<doSaveHeader> ::= 0 | 1
