Gets or sets the Cell ID for the UL user

Command Syntax:

[:SENSe]:LTE:PROFile:ULINk:USER[1:N]:CELL:ID <cellId>

<cellId> ::= Integer number

Query Syntax:

[:SENSe]:LTE:PROFile:ULINk:USER[1:N]:CELL:ID?

Returns ::= Integer number
