Gets or sets the phase offset (degrees) for the unwrapped phase format.

Command Syntax:

:TRACe[1:N]:FORMat:PHASe:OFFSet <offsetDegrees>

<offsetDegrees> ::= Real number

Query Syntax:

:TRACe[1:N]:FORMat:PHASe:OFFSet?

Returns ::= Real number
