Gets or sets the right side of the x-axis scale when Format is RealVsImaginary.

Command Syntax:

:TRACe[1:N]:X:SCALe:STOP <value>

<value> ::= Real number

Query Syntax:

:TRACe[1:N]:X:SCALe:STOP?

Returns ::= Real number
