Gets or sets the top side of the y-axis scale.

Command Syntax:

:TRACe[1:N]:Y[:SCALe]:TOP <value>

<value> ::= Real number

Query Syntax:

:TRACe[1:N]:Y[:SCALe]:TOP?

Returns ::= Real number
