BUILD INFORMATION:

The build consists of separate installations for System Protocol Tester and LA application. The applications can be installed in any order. 
It is important to install both these applications together. Any previous version of one application may not work properly with the new version of the other.

Please restart the system, if asked for, after uninstalling the previous version

The checksum information of installer files is given below. The validity of downloaded software can be checked against the below computed values.

IMPORTANT


CHANGES SINCE LAST BUILD:


- New Property AGT_DIGRF_PROP_SPEED_AUTO_DETECT_ENABLE added to enable/disable automatic speed detection. It can be set using SetLinkProperty.
  The setting can be set from Analyzer GUI as well.

- XOFF/XON functionality is implemented but is not tested.

SUPPORTED FEATURES:

Exerciser:
1. V4 traffic in SYS and HS 1.x (Primary and Secondary) at 26MHz internal/external clock
2. 1 Lane traffic, 2 lanes have corruption sometimes
3. V3 traffic at 26MHz clock
4. Behaviors can be set to transmit in loops (definite/Infinite), wait for sequencer trigger to jump to other behaviors.
5. Frames can be transmitted via Send Immediate
6. Variable length frames can be captured if length checks are disabled
7. GPIO support (32 pins in 4 banks, 8 pins in each bank) and (4 pins in 2 banks, 2 pins/bank)
8. BER for 1 lane in V4 mode in both SYS-Burst and HS-Burst
9. Frame Configuration functionality is operational in this build. 

Signal Inserter:
1. V4 Generate Tab.
2. V3 Generate Tab
3. Output is a TCL script and a binary data file.

Logic Analyzer:
1. Data capture using LA-N2X connection.
2. Listing view, Packet Viewer, Waveform viewer, Signal extractor.
3. Limited VSA support. In offline mode VSA can fetch already captured data but cannot trigger LA


Exerciser GUI:
1. Support for general settings and BER
2. Support for Exerciser statistics
3. Support for Frame Configuration and Traffic generation

Analyzer Module:
1. Data capture HS1.x in both directions.
2. 8 Pattern matchers per direction


ISSUES FIXED:
SAD00396988  Exerciser GUI crashes while scrolling in Traffic Template dropdown.  
SAD00397009  Unhandled exception dialog appears on deleting a frame  
SAD00397254  In case of long .lpg file name Signal Inserter adds wrong extension of .ldf file name in generated TCL.  


KNOWN ISSUES: 


Exerciser GUI:
1. Break conditions specified for more than one block doesn not work.
2. v3 frame configuration is not supported
3. Traffic templates cannot be saved/loaded
4. Algorithm PRBS-15 is not supported. It will be disabled in GUI.
5. DigRFEnable signal is always high on RFIC

Exerciser:
1. SI frames gets send (without SI start), on doing TxControl start/Stop
2. Interframe gap is not correct in case of SYS-Burst mode.
3. TAS frames can be send reliably only from control memory with high priority.
4. Sequencer is not working reliably, which means TX jump to behaviour may not work reliably
5. V3 frames not being transmitted using SendImmediate


Analyzer Module:
1. Only two sync words B5 and 4A are recognized
2. Data corruption in SYS burst mode


Logic Analyzer:
1. In online mode (when LA hardware is connected) VSA can trigger LA, but trigger needs to be set so that N2X triggers and stops automatically. Please refer to Logic Analyzer help for details.
2. If an saved configuration is opened and no session is available, the LA crashes on creating new session from LA. Workaround is to create session from TCL and connect from LA
