This is a compressed package containing the new VISA based driver download
utility program for the E1406A.  It contains 13 files including a help file. 
WinZip 7.0 or later can be used to extract the files into a folder.  After
downloading the visaDownload.cab file, just double click on it and WinZip 
will display all the file names.  Then click on extract and select a folder 
in which to put the files.  To run, just double click on the visaDownload.exe
file and from then on it is self explanatory.  Ignore the setup.exe files.
Not sure why these got put into the package.
